When cutting veneer close to the central heart of the wood, more and bigger cracks will appear and those veneers are the material we use to make EF rustic. Some consider it as a low-level cheap product but in fact rustic grading flooring requires more production techniques. It has to be perfect in knots and cracks filling, the great visual balance between bigger colour variation, and how to transfer busy wood natural characters into artistic beauty

Our range 1900*190*14/3mm sawed cut veneer rustic EF grade, using deep brush plus human hand sanding to set off knots and cracks, almost feels like the popular shrunken face effect, the half-filled dark brown putty has to be injected carefully, it is the real definition of craftsman spirit. Three-ply (poplar core and back layer) or multiply (poplar/eucalyptus plywood) makes it a strong construction. Surface coated with high-end brand hard wax oil natural or white colour. Long-term and stable supply since every tree has a heart part, so unlike clean grade, our rustic never runs out of veneers
